I got the same size I always do and it fit just right again. No issues there, pretty much what I expected.

I ordered a hoodie from roots.com and it showed up with this lovely little “quality control champion” seam issue on the sleeve. To be fair, customer service did respond and they eventually replaced it, so it wasn’t a total disaster. But wow, the amount of back-and-forth was ridiculous. I had to send photos twice and then sit around waiting days for updates like I was applying for a hoodie passport. The replacement is fine, but for the price, this whole process was way more annoying than it needed to be.

I’ve always liked roots some of their hoodies are super comfy. The material feels really nice at first and the fit is usually good. But for the price, I expected the quality they always seem to promise. One of my sweaters started pilling after just a few washes, and the stitching on my joggers got loose way sooner than it should have. It’s not awful, but it feels disappointing when the brand makes it seem like you’re getting something that’s built to last

My order showed up quickly, and overall the packaging was solid. The box did have a small dent, but I checked everything carefully and nothing inside was damaged. Based on my experience, it seems like they pack things well enough to handle normal shipping, so I’m happy with it

I’ll give them credit where it’s due: support answered fast. I was a bit annoyed that I had to reach out in the first place, but at least they didn’t leave me waiting around forever...

My order stopped updating for a few days and I was fully spiraling like it had vanished into another dimension, so I reached out to Roots customer service. The person who helped me was genuinely nice and actually looked into what was going on instead of firing back some lifeless copy-paste reply, which I appreciated so much.
It did take a bit longer than I wanted to get the full answer, so I’m sticking with 4 stars. But once they figured it out, they kept me in the loop and got everything sorted, so my stress level finally came back down to earth. Good overall, and I’d order from them again.

Bought this hoodie last year. Still looks good. I wear it all the time. Seams are fine. Fabric didn’t get weird after washing either. Happy with it.

I’ve bought from Roots before at regular price, so the sale prices definitely felt like a better deal this time. Shipping took a bit longer than I expected, but it wasn’t anything too bad. Everything arrived packed nicely and the items looked great. I’d probably order again if another good sale comes up...

I ordered a hoodie and some joggers from Roots, i was glad the sizes that showed as in stock were actually available. One color I really wanted sold out while I was checking out, which was a little frustrating on my end, but the site did update quickly after that. Shipping was about what I expected, and I got exactly what I ordered. I’d use the site again, though I do wish they made it more obvious when certain items are running low.

I have mixed feelings about this. The item itself seems nice, but the fit was definitely smaller than what the size chart suggested. I’d recommend sizing up if you’re in between sizes or want a more comfortable fit.

I wasn’t totally sure what to expect, but the prices seemed fair to me and the quality actually turned out better than I thought it would. Maybe I’m just easier to please than some people, but I’d probably buy again.

I like the hoodie designs. They’re simple in a good way, easy to wear, and not too over the top.

The only downside was that the exchange updates felt a bit slow, so I wasn’t totally sure what was going on for a while. Still, it all worked out fine in the end, so I can’t complain too much.

I ordered a hoodie the color was close to what was shown on the site, so points for that. It was just a little darker in person, which is always mildly annoying because why can’t colors just look exactly the same online and in real life? But whatever, I still like it and I’m happy with the purchase overall.
